Shipping options

Standard (3-7 business days) — $6.95
Express (1-3 business days) — $14.95
Free standard shipping on orders over $75.00.

Orders are dispatched from 14 Hughes St STE B200, Irvine, California 92618, USA. Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us.

International delivery

Returns

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

To start a return, email hellotyali@gmail.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
